Heads of overseas education authorities, principals of universities, middle schools, elementary schools, leaders or district leaders of other overseas educational institutions, decision-makers responsible for Chinese language projects; committed to establishing or developing new Chinese language and culture programs at their own school or district; generally under 65 years old, physically healthy, suitable for international travel. A group of less than 10 people cannot be formed.
