If you are currently enrolled at a university outside China and have successfully completed at least one year of study, congratulations! You are eligible to apply for CBI Program.
University students at a business relevant major are preferred to CBI Program. For students who apply from a non-English speaking country, the minimum English language requirement for CBI Program is:
·TOEFL (Paper-Based total): 500-550;
·TOEFL (Computer-Based total): 230;
·IELTS: 6.0 (No Individual band less than 5.5)

Description
CBI program is a Recognized Credit Program. We began enrolling students in 2009, and by 2019, before Covid-19, we had welcomed 130 international students from 6 different countries and 12 overseas institutions. The program is aimed to help international students to have an in-depth understanding of Chinese culture,economy, language, through immersing in the curriculum that combines both course knowledge and rich experiences.
CBI is a unique program that offers students from around the world an immersive experience in the heart of China's economic powerhouse - the Greater Bay Area. This program not only focuses on the region's rapid economic development but also highlights the rich cultural heritage of Lingnan, a region known for its blend of traditional Chinese and Western influences.
