The Chinese language and traditional Chinese medicine are two of the most iconic cultural pillars of traditional Chinese culture, holding a unique advantage when it comes to its international dissemination. The Chinese language not only shares the same origin and history with traditional Chinese medicine, but also possesses a similar genetic code and cultural lineage. They act as the two most vibrant cultural pillars in the greater Chinese cultural circle, even to this day. The Chinese language is the best spokesperson to represent traditional Chinese medicine. Chinese characters are the only writing system in the world that has evolved continuously since its conception, preserving the spark of civilization for the Chinese nation; Similarly, traditional Chinese medicine is also the only medical system in the world that has been passed down for thousands of years, and it is still sought after by descendants of Yan Huang all around the world. Literature carries the Way, and the Way is transmitted through literature. Chinese is the most faithful ferryman linking traditional Chinese medicine with the world. The Chinese and Traditional Chinese Medicine Culture Exchange Camp for Chinese and French Students at the Beijing University of Traditional Chinese Medicine aims to enable young students from European countries to experience the charm of Chinese and traditional Chinese medicine culture. The camp seeks to lead them to systematically and comprehensively learn about traditional Chinese medicine knowledge and to increase their interest in traditional Chinese medicine and Chinese traditional culture. With the additional purpose to increase the breadth and depth of traditional Chinese medicine culture dissemination, this camp is also a response to the nationwide call to use traditional Chinese medicine as a medium to understand Chinese culture. By allowing more people to gain a deeper understanding of China’s long history and rich cultural heritage through Chinese medicine, this camp will certainly enhance the pivotal role the Beijing university of Chinese Medicine plays in the international dissemination of TCM. This experience camp adopts a combination of various forms of training, including on-site lectures, peer to peer interactions, cultural field trips, and exchanges with students from our school and local high schools in Beijing. The camp is designed to combine distinctive course projects closely related to Chinese language learning. Expected results: Enable students to master some Chinese language knowledge related to traditional Chinese medicine culture, master important traditional Chinese medicine related vocabulary, understand basic concepts of traditional Chinese medicine, and deepen their appreciation, understanding, and mastery of traditional Chinese culture (the Chinese language, traditional Chinese medicine.

The Sino-Euro Vocational Education Practical Teaching and Cultural Exchange Project, also known as the Exchange Student Program, is a series of overseas practical training and cultural exchange activities carried out by SZIIT and foreign partner institutions. In 2019, 18 students were organized to go to Ulm, Germany, for a 40-day practical training. In 2020, 2023, and 2024, SZIIT and the First National Vocational School of Kempten, Germany, repeatedly exchanged teachers and students for practical training and cultural exchange activities, including lectures, practical training, enterprise visits, seminars, etc. which has become a model for practical exploration of "Dual Education". This has been widely reported by domestic mainstream media, and the relevant content was even selected for the "Learning Power" platform of China.
