Description
The course selects a dozen biology experiments that are scientific, interesting and closely related to life, involving different levels from macro to micro, from human body to environment, covering animal, plant, microorganism, ecology, human physiology, biochemistry, genetics, molecules and other areas of life sciences. The contents mainly include the preparation of artificial amber plant and animal specimens, observation of lacewing morphology and locomotion, plant histoculture and in vitro seedling induction, E. coli mapping and induced luminescence, detection of pesticide residues in fruits and vegetables, isolation and preparation of casein in milk, micronucleus test for mutagens, molecular identification of human sex, blood pressure and electrocardiogram collection, and plant appreciation.
