Description
AAMU before the trip, students and faculty will engage in a various discussion about the trip, including travel schedule, training programs, traveling safety, program requirements, etc. While in China, the program will have two main tasks: scientific learning and cultural experience. The scientific program included both in-class workshops and field site visits. One of the focuses this year will be the special uses of forestry lands and policies related to the biological conservation and environmental protection. The team will have ample opportunities to interact with Chinese faculty, students, researchers, and local communities.
