Description
Zebrafish is one of the best model animals for developmental genetics, which can be used for large-scale forward genetic mutation screening and reverse genetic gene editing, and can be utilized for microinjection and cell transplantation to obtain mutants and then study gene function. This project has a virtual simulation experimental program, which can give students an immersive experience of zebrafish breeding, microinjection and cell transplantation through 3D modeling and interactive programming, highly simulating the real experimental operations, so that students can repeatedly practice and master microinjection techniques, and complete the entire experimental process in a small number of hours. In addition, we can also conduct online and offline hybrid teaching, offline microinjection techniques and zebrafish embryo observation experiments, in order to better improve the learning effect.
